Free shipping for all from AU local warehouse!

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Zone

We currently do not ship outside the AU, and European users can directly purchase from our EU website.

au.dabbsson.com ships to addresses within the AU(Please consult au.support@Dabbsson.com before ordering If your address cannot be delivered).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most Dabbsson packages are shipped via Toll IPEC or Australia Post. You could contact Toll IPEC: +61 2 9091 6300 or Australia Post: +61 3 8847 9045 for further shipping information. The estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days.

Damages

au.dabbsson.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 20 days at au.support@dabbsson.com.
